Not every reflection fits
inside a melody.

The Reflections Journal is a space for Lillie to write beyond the songs — to share the notes behind the music, the thoughts sparked by a season of life, the quiet observations of faith, and the personal messages that belong somewhere but not necessarily in a lyric.

This journal is personal, unhurried, and honest. Entries will be added as they are written — not on a schedule, but when something is worth saying.

First Entry  ✦  Opening Reflection

Why I Started Writing

I didn't start writing songs because I thought I had something special. I started because I had something to say, and I didn't know how else to say it. Music was always where the honest parts of me could go — the parts that felt too tender for ordinary conversation.

This journal is a continuation of that. A place where I can say the things that didn't make it into the songs, or the things that came after the songs were finished. I hope something in here finds you where you are.
